Outside Own Entrance Room: Tea, coffee and milk. Fully serviced and clean daily.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R350 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Ensure that all rooms are locked at night.
Smoke-free and vape-free environment.
No loud noises after 22:00 and before 8:00
The staff stays on the premises, therefore access is always possible, and no handover of keys and or remotes to guests.
All rooms only suitable for heating up food, no cooking.
Please respect other guests.
No overnight guests are allowed without the knowledge and acceptance of the owners, exceeding sleeping capacity is considered to be grounds for immediate eviction and guests will forfeit all monies paid.
Guests are individually and separately responsible for any damage to the unit.
Request for an early check-in and/or check-out is always subject to availability.
An indemnity form will be sent after the booking has been confirmed, which needs to be completed and sent back.
No hooting/shouting in the street at any time.
The main room is accessed via stairs and might not be suitable for the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Please be advised that the owner and their dog - Daple Dutch dog reside on the premises and will be on hand to answer any questions or offer assistance with area-related advice.
Guests and members of their party may not bring in, use or allow to be brought in any illegal substances, firearms or such items that may be deemed dangerous to persons or property.
The owner of the premises cannot be held liable for any damage and/or injuries to guests and/or their guests or their personal property as a result of guests' actions, behaviour, or irresponsibility.
Please use the air-conditioner only when necessary
Please use water and electricity sparingly
Please keep the property clean and in a good condition.
