House Rules

The property is wheelchair-friendly, with ample space for a wheelchair to move freely into the bathroom and attached shower. A walking frame and commode toilet are available upon request.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the host in advance if a wheelchair will be used, so that furniture can be adjusted to ensure unobstructed access.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor smoking area. Ashtrays will be provided upon request.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, please refrain from making loud noises after 23:00.
Guests travelling with children or pets are asked to supervise them at all times near the swimming pool, as the pool is not fitted with a safety net.
