Description
Located under the main house, the apartment has a private entrance and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 small child. The open-plan apartment is furnished with a queen-size bed, and a sleeper couch for the kids and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, and a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The unit has a TV. Netflix is also available. Secure parking is provided, and on request, guests may use the braai facilities if no guests are staying in the main house. The apartment unit does not have its own lawn and is therefore not suitable for pets.

Description
Situated on the first floor above the apartment, the house is ideal for a group or family of 10. The house comprises 3 bedrooms and a large room that shares the use of 2 bathrooms with baths and showers. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The second room contains a double bed, and the third room is furnished with 2 single beds. The fourth room, is an open room that is furnished with a queen-size bed, and a double bed; this room does not have any walls or doors to divide the beds. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table which overlooks the surrounds. The house has a cosy lounge area, but please note the unit does not have a TV. The living area opens onto a wooden deck with braai facilities, a putting area, as well as a garden with a trampoline.
