Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access Aloha Estate. The swimming pool has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at your own risk

Guests should bring beach towels, food, drinks, drinking water, toiletries, mosquito repellent, toilet paper, and torches

The property is serviced by a full-time housekeeper and gardener. There is a compulsory staff tip of R150 per day, which includes your day of arrival and departure. It is payable in cash to the head housekeeper on the day you depart.

Late check-out is on request only and subject to availability

No pets are permitted, and loud music, parties, or functions are prohibited. All guests must comply with estate rules, with quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit or eviction from the property

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, no one under 25 is permitted without parental or adult supervision
