Please note that access to Aloha Estate requires a 4x4 vehicle, as 2x4 vehicles are not permitted due to the sandy roads and potential road damage. Tyre pressure should be reduced to between 1.2 and 1.5 bars when entering the estate.

The swimming pool at this property has no safety features, and use of the pool and related facilities is strictly at guests’ own risk.

Guests are kindly reminded that no groups under the age of 25 will be accepted without adult supervision.

Items to bring include toilet paper, beach towels, food, drinks, drinking water, toiletries, mosquito repellent, and torches.

A refundable breakage deposit is required one month before arrival and will be refunded within two weeks of departure, subject to any breakages or missing items.

There is a full-time housekeeper as well as a gardener at the house. The housekeeper cleans, makes beds, and washes dishes. A compulsory staff tip of R150 per day (including your arrival and departure days ) is to be paid to the head housekeeper in cash on your departure date, who will distribute accordingly. If more than 6 people occupy the house, a second housekeeper is brought in, and she needs to be paid R75 a day, including the day of arrival and departure.

Late check-out is available on request only and depends on incoming bookings. If approved, an additional fee will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit, and guests must vacate by 15:00.

No pets are permitted, and loud music, parties, or functions are strictly prohibited. All guests must adhere to the estate’s rules, including quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply may result in a warning, forfeiture of the breakage deposit, or eviction without refund for unused nights.

Guests are reminded once again that no bookings will be accepted for groups under the age of 25 without parental or adult supervision.
