Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests have the option of a full-board service, with three meals per day prepared by an international chef, available by prior arrangement. Guests may select from a curated menu in consultation with their booking agent.

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Aloha Estate, and tyre pressure should be reduced by 1.2 to 1.5 bars. No 2x4 vehicles are permitted on the estate, as they cause damage to the roads.

The swimming pool has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated facilities is entirely at guests’ own risk. Guests are requested to thoroughly wash off all tanning lotions before using bathroom towels or bed linen, as stains caused by lotions are not removable and replacement will be at the guest’s cost.

Groups of guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult or parent for the duration of their stay.

Guests are required to bring all food and drinks, drinking water, charcoal, aerial washing liquid, toilet paper (one roll is supplied in each bathroom; thereafter, guests must supply their own), adaptors, beach towels, toiletries, mosquito repellent, and any other personal items.

There are two staff members at the villa. Staff gratuities are not compulsory but are always appreciated.

A refundable breakage deposit is required and will be refunded within two weeks of departure, subject to any damage.

Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to availability due to incoming bookings. No pets are permitted, and loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must adhere to estate rules, including a strict noise curfew between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply will result in a warning, and repeated non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit or immediate eviction from the property, with no refund for unused nights.
