Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5733 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The swimming pool has a shallow end and a deep end. Diving is not permitted, and all use of the pool is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, and glass is strictly prohibited around the pool. Guests are asked to rinse sand off their feet before entering the pool.

All linens and one hand and bath towel per guest are provided; guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Laundry services are available upon request, and linen is changed twice weekly to support environmentally friendly practices.

Staff are on duty until 16:00. Guests arriving after this time are required to collect their keys from security, as staff assistance will not be available for offloading or check-in.

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Aloha Estate, and tyre pressure should be reduced by 1.2–1.5 bars. Two-wheel-drive vehicles are not permitted on the estate as they cause damage to the roads.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult supervisor.

Guests are requested to bring beach towels, food and drinks, drinking water, and all personal items such as soaps, lotions, and other toiletries.

A refundable breakage deposit is required and will be returned within 14 days after departure. Late check-out is available on request only, depending on incoming bookings, with check-out no later than 15:00.

Percilia, the housekeeper, and Thando, the caretaker, ensure the house is clean, tidy, and maintained. They speak multiple languages, are multi-skilled, and assist with the smooth running of the house to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If additional hours of service are required, these can be arranged on request. Laundry services are available, and linen is changed twice weekly to support environmentally conscious practices.

No pets are permitted on the property. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests must comply with the rules of the estate, and absolutely no noise is permitted between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply may result in warnings, forfeiture of the breakage deposit, or eviction from the property with no refund for unused nights.
