Guests are requested not to access spaces and cupboards marked "Private – Not for Guest Use."

Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the property.

The alarm must be armed, and windows should be kept closed, especially at night, when leaving the property or retiring for the night.

Fires and fireworks are not permitted to be lit or used on the property.

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed to stay and sleep on the property.

The pool is normally not covered, but a cover is available upon request.

As the property is situated in a tranquil neighborhood, loud and disruptive noise is not permitted, particularly on the balcony after 20:00 PM.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or hookah.

The gas braai must be used in its designated location and may not be moved to any other part of the property.
