We would gladly have assisted had we known you were not happy, as we always do for our guests; our guests are our priority. There are nice thick spare blankets in the cupboards and we have other heaters. If you had asked, we would have happily assisted. The vehicle we asked you to move was parked in our private parking area, which was also not a problem; we just needed to move our boat, and the car was parked so that we couldn't pull the boat out.
