Honesty and comfort. We had a wonderful stay at Amblewood Cottage. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the hospitality was outstanding. The cottage was impeccably clean, with all facilities working perfectly, just as promised. We experienced complete privacy with ample space to relax, and there were no interruptions throughout our stay. The hosts were highly professional, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Amblewood Cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway.

Rus en vrede. Hi. Ons het werksmense gehad wat 'n paar daggies daar moes bly om naby te wees. Die boodskap was duidelik, dat hulle baie lekker gebly het en die plekkie was goed ingerig en netjies. Ons sal beslis weer van hulle gebruikmaak. Dankie.

Ideale plekkie vir 'n paar dae. Gerieflike plekkie, met alles wat jy nodig het vir 'n paar dae. Water beperkings (deel van Makhanda munisipale beleid) en "potholes" maak dit maar 'n interessante kuier; was 'n paar ure sonder water. Kamer was daagliks skoongemaak.

Not pleasant. I was freezing; the heater provided is not effective. The basin hot water tap is not working. Having the host staying in the property is not good, getting calls to move cars, etc.

Hi Phumeza, I am really sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. I really thought we went out of our way to accommodate you with your hair stylist there for the day and all your extra guests. We would gladly have assisted had we known you were not happy, as we always do for our guests; our guests are our priority. There are nice thick spare blankets in the cupboards and we have other heaters. If you had asked, we would have happily assisted. The vehicle we asked you to move was parked in our private parking area, which was also not a problem; we just needed to move our boat, and the car was parked so that we couldn't pull the boat out. We do appreciate your assistance in moving the car. We hope you have a wonderful day further, Yvette.
