House Rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Additional guests are not allowed to stay overnight.

No loud music or noise is permitted, in consideration of other residents in the complex.

The property is situated in a residential complex with noise regulations. Should guests cause any disturbance that is reported to and acted upon by complex security, the host reserves the right to evict the guests immediately without refund of any payments made.

Bookings are only valid for the number of guests booked and paid for. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

The apartment is self-catering and includes a complimentary starter pack with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, and salt.

Linen will be changed on the fifth day of the stay. The apartment will also be serviced on this day.

Each guest is provided with one towel. Towels will be changed on the third day of the stay. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.

A washing machine is available for guests to wash their own clothing.

No loud noise is permitted after 22:00, in consideration of neighbours.

No parties or loud music are permitted at any time.

If separate bedrooms are required for a booking of 2 guests, the host must be informed in advance, as only the bedrooms corresponding to the number of guests booked will be unlocked.

Should guests have any questions, they are welcome to contact the host.
