Antilles on Beach is an upstairs self-catering apartment, located in the main house but completely private, in the secure Antilles estate in Gordon’s Bay. The property is set on the beachfront, and the estate offers direct access to the beach via a gate.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan dining and living room, and 2 small well-equipped kitchenettes.
The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin, and its own lounge area with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin, its own lounge area with a flat-screen TV, and a small private balcony with seating. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin, and a flat-screen TV. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The lounge features cosy couches, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The kitchenettes include a bar fridge, induction plate, kettle, toaster and cutlery, and crockery. There is a small braai area that overlooks the sea.
The estate has a tennis and squash court. There is also a laundry room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, and ironing board. The village which includes shops, restaurants, and bars is a 5-minute drive away.
The apartment is equipped with full solar power, ensuring energy efficiency without any load shedding. It also offers convenient parking space for two vehicles, as well as additional room for a trailer.
