House Rules

The accommodation sleeps only 12 guests. Please do not book for 12 people and exceed the number of guests. Guest numbers will be confirmed upon check-in.

We do not allow camping in the yard in order to accommodate more guests.

Pets are more than welcome to visit with their families. Please bring their beds and blankets along and refrain from using any of our blankets or bedding for your animals. A poop scoop is available in order to pick up your dog's mess in the yard. Please ensure that you clean the yard before checking out.

Laundry services can be arranged with the housekeeper at an additional cost. The use of the washing machine is for guests staying for 5 days or longer only. The tumble dryer is not for the use of our guests, but can be arranged in certain circumstances.

Kindly adhere to the local laws regarding noise, especially the playing of loud music late at night or unnecessary barking by animals.

Firewood is available at an additional cost.

Please read the check-in instructions prior to checking in for the contact details of the housekeeper and the necessary emergency numbers.

You are staying on our premises at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety. Please secure the premises at night by locking and closing all entrances. Secure all cars by locking them. Stow all valuables out of sight in cupboards or drawers.
