House Rules

Admission to the property is reserved, and terms and conditions apply.

A 50% deposit is payable directly to LekkeSlaap, and outstanding balances must be paid directly to the owners. Payment details are forwarded to guests once the booking is confirmed.

A separate private flatlet on the property is not included in the holiday home booking. There is no on-site office, and all check-in and check-out arrangements are communicated with guests before their stay.

Guests accept full responsibility for any losses, breakages, or damages of any nature occurring to the holiday home or its contents during their stay. All facilities are used at guests’ own risk.

Parking is limited, and the number of vehicles may not exceed the allocated spaces.

The owner or manager accepts no liability or legal responsibility for any damage, loss, or injuries incurred as a result of using the facilities or for any other injuries or damages that may occur at the holiday home or on the property.

Items may not be removed from the house. The cost of replacing lost keys or remotes will be charged to the person who made the booking. If any items are missing, broken, or damaged, the replacement value will be charged to the person who made the booking. Bath towels and bedding may not be used outside of the house.

The following actions are considered misbehaviour: excessive noise or loud music at any time of the day or night, having more people on the premises than agreed, bringing mattresses into the holiday home or pitching tents on the property, and any other action deemed misbehaviour by the manager.
