Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount is determined by the quality of the establishment and is applied at the discretion of the owner or management.

Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests. In cases of unusually high consumption, reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00.
