Worth it. This place was lovely. I forgot something important in the room. They are so helpful that they are willing to post this! Would prefer this stay for anyone. .

Reasonable guesthouse with no room cleaning services during one's stay. Although the webtuiste confirmed a complimentary room upgrade, we were accommodated in the original room we had booked. This shows a clear discrepancy between the booking communication and the actual accommodation provided. The host was unreachable by phone and only responded via WhatsApp, with slow replies — particularly during the local water outage. On the evening of 29 July, a burst water pipe in the area cut off the supply. The host did not proactively inform us; we only realised when attempting to take a shower. I messaged the host to ask about the issue, but only received a reply the following morning, along with some water, yet no indication of when supply would be restored. The water outage lasted approximately 36 hours, forcing us to shower at a nearby family member’s home. The night before we left, I asked the host via WhatsApp where to leave the room key and remote. No reply was received until the next morning. We had difficulty placing them in the key safe because another remote was already inside. I used the spare remote to exit the guesthouse, then left our key and remote in the room door and sent the host a photo as confirmation. The host only acknowledged my message after we had already departed.
