Ayoba Flatlet is a lovely self-catering apartment, with a private entrance, located in the secure Ayoba Estate within a residential but working macadamia farm. Within the suburb of Ramsgate, and just 5km from Ramsgate main area, it is ideal for business and leisure travellers who are looking for a relaxing homebase surrounded by nature from where they can explore and enjoy the surroundings.
The unit can accommodate up to 2 guests in 1 open-plan bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, single plate stove, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table, for the guests’ entertainment, there is a TV available which can be connected via HDI cable to the internet. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
The bedroom area opens up onto an undercover patio with a small seating and a braai. An inverter is installed for lighting and there is secure parking available on the premises. Guests can enjoy the communal garden and walks on the farms that lead to a scenic dam. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants, as well as Ramsgate's superb beaches are within close proximity.
