Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in.

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.

Guests ID or Passport is required at check-in.

A R 100 Booking Fee is charged per booking.

A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.

This property has an R 5000 Refundable Breakage Deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.

Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy allowing a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional charge.
