Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads.

The swimming pool at the house has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at the guests’ own risk.

Guests should bring beach towels, food, liquid refreshments, ice, mosquito repellent, wood (hardwood available on the road to Manguzi), fire starters, sunscreen, and personal toiletries such as soap and lotions.

There is no compulsory staff tip, though gratuities are always welcome.

A refundable breakage deposit is payable prior to arrival and will be refunded within two weeks of departure.

Late check-out is available on request only, subject to incoming bookings. Should the house be available, an additional charge will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Check-out time is no later than 15:00.

No pets are permitted at the property. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed, and all guests must adhere to estate rules, including a noise curfew of 22:30. Failure to comply may result in the retention of the full breakage deposit.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by parental or adult supervision.
