Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to sandy roads.

The swimming pool at the house has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk.

Laundry can be done by Macici if required, at an additional cost.

While staff receive a salary, gratuities are appreciated for their efforts in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Guests may also request additional assistance directly from staff for specific tasks. For groups of more than six people, an extra helper is provided at an additional daily rate of R125 per day. Guests should have cash available to cover staff gratuities or extra help.

Guests are advised to bring washing powder, food and drinks, ice, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, charcoal and fire starters, beach equipment, drinking water, and all personal items such as soaps and lotions.

A refundable breakage deposit is payable prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure.

Late check-out is available on request only, due to incoming bookings on the day of departure. If the house is available, an extra charge will be deducted from the breakage deposit. Check-out must be no later than 15:00.

No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed, and all guests must comply with estate rules, including a noise curfew of 22:30. Failure to comply may result in retention of the full breakage deposit.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, no guests under 25 years are permitted without parental or adult supervision.
