Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads. The swimming pool has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated facilities is at guests’ own risk.

Guests are requested to bring beach towels, food, drinking water, liquid refreshments, ice, mosquito repellent, wood or charcoal and firelighters, sunscreen, and personal toiletries.

A daily staff tip of R70 for the housekeeper including the day of arrival and departure is payable in cash on your departure date.

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable 1 month prior to arrival and refunded within 2 weeks of departure. Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to availability. If approved, an additional fee will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit, and guests must check out by 15:00.

Pets are not permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Estate rules enforce a noise cut-off time of 22:30. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the forfeiture of the full breakage deposit.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, no guests under the age of 25 will be permitted without parental or adult supervision.
