Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No matric rage or student gatherings will be allowed on the property.

The refundable breakage deposit will be payable directly to the property manager's office a minimum of 14 days prior to the arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. Their offices will contact you at the time of booking to provide payment details.

No student, matric rage, bookings or groups, events, or functions are allowed. This accommodation is most suitable for a family.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

The unit is not suitable for pets.

Please specify which room you prefer upon booking, as the rest of the rooms will be closed during your stay.
