Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required upon check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors.
Pets are not permitted.
Parties and events are not allowed.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Guests are advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows a reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
