House Rules

There is a gravel road of 3.4 km which is a 12-minute drive through the Ballots Bay Nature Reserve. Any car can make the drive.

ID/Passport is required at check-in.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.

Strictly no pets are allowed.

Excessive noise is not permitted.

The property may have a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

If more are found to be staying, the full deposit will be taken.

Baboons are a nuisance, and therefore all windows/doors need to be closed when the property is vacated. If they do enter while vacated, a portion of the breakage deposit will be taken.
