Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The refundable breakage deposit must be paid directly to the owner via EFT on arrival. If everything is in order after inspection, it will be refunded within 3 working days after check-out.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment or complex.

A daily cleaning service is available at an extra cost and must be arranged in advance with the owner.
