Please do not smoke inside the apartment - there is a sandpit bucket available outside to dispose of cigarette butts.
We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate pets.
The area/suburb strictly forbids the use of any fireworks.
No daily servicing of the unit is available.
Please do not park in front of the main residence's garage doors.
The front garden is available for guest's use and enjoyment.
