Barrister House comprises a three-bedroom house and an apartment for guests who need accommodation for more than 6 guests. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Sliding doors open onto the patio area. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has sliding doors that open onto a patio. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be made into a king-size bed on request and has sliding doors that open onto a private patio area. The second bathroom is fitted with a toilet, shower, bath, and basin.

The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. There is also a separate scullery with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an ice-maker. The lounge has a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a TV with full DStv, and the dining room has an 8-seater dining table and chairs. Guests can relax on the elevated patio and enjoy the views. The patio is equipped with built-in braai facilities, an 8-seater outdoor table, and chairs.

The self-contained downstairs flat comprises an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, 2 single beds, and a single sleeper couch. There is a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The flat is furnished with built-in cupboards and a compact, well-equipped kitchen. The flat is accessible by an external entrance.

Parking consists of two off-road parking spaces in front of the garage and one undercover parking space.. Linen and bath towels are supplied, and there are electric blankets on the beds. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi.
