Guests must adhere to noise regulations and refrain from alcohol or drug abuse, as well as verbal or immoral behaviour; violations may result in eviction at management’s discretion.

No pets are allowed.

Sleeper couches are intended for children under 12 years of age only.

Monkeys frequent the area; guests should secure all doors and windows to prevent intrusion.

Mosquitoes may be present during warmer seasons; guests are advised to bring repellents and keep windows closed at night.

Load-shedding may affect power and water supply; guests are advised to bring emergency lighting and prepare accordingly.
