House Rules

No unregistered guests are permitted. Confirmation of ID is required prior to check-in.
Guests are asked to be prudently quiet and discreet, especially at night. No loud music is allowed, and no noise after 22:00. The apartment has neighbours both next to and below, making it unsuitable for noisy or boisterous groups. A noise level monitoring device and a security camera are installed and must not be tampered with under any circumstances.
No illegal downloads are permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Guests should be mindful of strong winds and supervise children at all times.
The apartment must be left neat and tidy upon departure. Guests must adhere to all apartment body corporate rules. Failure to comply may result in being asked to vacate the property without a refund.
Parking is on a “first-come, first-served” basis, with only one space permitted per apartment. Guests must park only in demarcated spaces and within the lines. The parking area is tight, so caution and awareness of other vehicles are required. No trucks, trailers, boats, or caravans are allowed inside the complex. The speed limit is 20 km/h, and hooting is not permitted.
No garbage is to be left outside the property or in communal areas.
Laundry may not be hung where it is visible from outside the property.
Occupants and guests may not cause any damage to common areas, other residents’ property, or garden areas.
