Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Strictly no refunds on late arrivals or early departures.

Please be considerate toward other occupants and neighbours.

We offer a family orientated accommodation and do not allow loud music partying excessive alcohol use nor visitors from outside after 10 PM to create a peaceful retreat for you and other guests.

We supply 1 Toilet roll and 50ml Dishwashing liquid per guest on arrival. Linen is provided - welcome to bring extra blankets if needed.

This is a non-smoking unit. A fine will be charged if you are found smoking within the unit.

Only the number of guests as per your booking or to a maximum of 4 per cottage will be allowed to stay over, any dditional guests will be asked to leave the premises.

Cleaning staff will start getting the unit ready for new guests strictly at 9:00am per 30 minute late departure fee will be charged. (This is not applicable for special arrangements made with the owner.)
