House Rules

Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
Guests are kindly requested to download the Loadshedding App (ESP) to stay informed of power outages. The host cannot guarantee uninterrupted electricity supply. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to load shedding.
Guests should please refrain from making loud noises between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays and from 22:00-07:00 on weekends.
Comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellations and theft, is strongly recommended.
Group bookings consisting solely of solo travellers are only allowed by prior arrangement. No bachelor or bachelorette parties permitted.
For extended stays, electricity usage will be billed separately.
Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional cost.
