Please use gas or Weber braais responsibly and ensure the gas bottle is closed after use.
All appliances, including the stove and oven, must be switched off after use.
Please respect neighbours at all times. No loud music or noise is permitted after 20:00.
No parties or events are allowed.
No underage bookings are allowed.
Guests behaving in a disruptive, abusive, or destructive manner may be removed from the property without notice.
