Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Parties and loud music are not allowed.
Guests must respect neighbours and desist from any behaviour causing noise or nuisance. Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without notice and retain all accommodation costs if this rule is not followed.
Smoking is prohibited indoors and in public areas. Guests will be responsible for any costs related to damage or odour removal.
In the event of early departure, the full stay as originally booked will be charged. Refunds are at management’s discretion and dependent on the ability to re-let the property.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone under their responsibility. Costs will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Facilities are for registered guests only. All visitors must be announced and are not permitted to stay overnight unless booked as guests, paying the applicable fees and providing identification.
