Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are permitted on the property by prior arrangement only. A maximum of two small, well-trained dogs is allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Smoking is not allowed indoors to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
Access to the accommodation is via stairs, which may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or individuals with mobility difficulties.
Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to maintain a peaceful environment. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted on the property.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is required. If pets are included, an additional refundable pet deposit of R1000 is also required. These deposits are payable via EFT upon booking confirmation, with banking details provided at that time.
