For our purposes, the accommodation was the best. This was our 2nd time at Bien-Etre and it was ideal for us.

Very quiet. It was very quiet. We were only there to sleep. There were no other guests on arrival. I had an emergency where I had to take my grandson with whom I did not book for, and because it was really an emergency and I did not mention it to the host. He was going to be somewhere else, and the people dropped us the minute we were on our way to the accommodation, and we had no choice but to take him with. The host was not very happy about that; she does not allow kids there. I was not given the opportunity to explain the whole situation. So make sure that you make time to inform the host if you are taking kids with you.

We had been in regular communication, even whilst you were travelling to Cape Town, and therefore several opportunities arose where I could have been informed about the circumstances you found yourself in with regard to your grandson, so it was indeed a surprise when you arrived with him. As mentioned, I have an open swimming pool right next to the room (which I had to keep covered for the long weekend), and it would be completely irresponsible of me to take very young children.

Warm, welcoming, safe and ideally situated for business travel. Warm, welcoming and safe for a female solo business traveller! Fast internet and comfortable accommodation. Close to all amenities. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful residential unit with all basic amenities. I would recommend Bien-Etre to anyone and everyone. Located in the heart of Rondebosch and only a few minutes from shops and the conference centre. Very safe and Jill gave us a warm welcome. I will definitely book again.
