Bien-Etre offers affordable self-catering accommodation in the quiet and charming suburb of Rondebosch in Cape Town. The convenient location offers easy access to Western Province Cricket Club, Red Cross Children's Hospital and the University of Cape Town.

The unit is situated within a free-standing cottage, with its own separate entrance. The unit is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has a small bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchenette has an under-counter fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and one-plate gas cooker. There is a small smart TV with Netflix. Guests can log into their own DStv and Showmax accounts.

The property’s solar panels ensure lights, Wi-Fi, TV, and plugs remain operational during load shedding. A panel heater provides warmth on sunny winter days, with a gas heater available at an additional cost for colder periods. Gas usage is measured and paid in cash at checkout.

Parking behind the security gate is not always guaranteed. If this is an important factor, guests are advised to check availability in advance.
