We’re thrilled to have you here. For your safety and enjoyment, please take note of the following guidelines

Our Private Game Reserve does not allow self-driving – all game drives are guided for your safety and enjoyment.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and cancellation cover.

All ages welcome, however please be advised that children need to be supervised at all times.

No smoking inside lodge buildings, safari vehicles, or near flammable areas.

Please use designated outdoor smoking areas responsibly.

The lodge is unfenced, and wild animals roam freely.
Guests enter and stay at their own risk.

Do not approach, feed, or disturb animals.

Remain vigilant and cautious while moving around the lodge.

Respect fellow guests and lodge staff.

Keep noise levels low, especially during game drives and at night.

Follow instructions from guides and staff for your safety.

For your peace of mind, each room is equipped with a secure lock safe. We kindly request that all valuables, including cash, jewelry, electronics, passports, and important documents, be stored in the safe provided.

Mazuri Shamba Lodge cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings not secured in the room safe.

Check-in is from 14:00 checkout before 10:00 AM.

Swimming is at your own risk – no lifeguards on duty.

Children has to be supervised at all times when using the pool.

No jumping or diving in the pool.

No glass containers around the pool area.

Campfires and braais are allowed only in designated areas.

Always extinguish fires completely after use.

Fire extinguishers are placed in key locations – please familiarise yourself with them.

Inform staff immediately in case of a medical emergency.

First aid kits are available on-site.

Guests with allergies or medical conditions are requested to inform the lodge beforehand.

Always lock your chalet / room when unattended
Do not leave valuables in plain sight

Report any suspicious activity to lodge staff immediately
Children’s safety.

Children must be supervised at all times.

No running or shouting near wild animals.

Do not touch the animals.
