Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are not permitted to enter other buildings on the property.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Only registered guests may access private rooms. Respect others’ privacy and belongings.
Daily housekeeping is available upon request at an additional cost.
Use the gas stove with care. Alcohol is allowed but please consume responsibly.
Use the outdoor smoking area and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Visitors are allowed during the day but must leave by 19:00. Overnight stays for unregistered guests will incur additional charges.
Always activate the alarm when leaving your room. Report suspicious activity to the host.
Use designated bins. Only flush toilet paper due to the septic system.
Park in assigned spaces only. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Illegal activities, including substance use, are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Wi-Fi is only available for legal and non-disruptive activities only.
Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings.
Breaking house rules may lead to fines, termination of stay, or forfeiture of the security deposit.
Do not move furniture. Contact the host for adjustments if necessary.
Any parties or private functions are not allowed.
When leaving, please return keys to the host and ensure all lights and appliances are switched off.
