This is a non-smoking unit, if you smoke in the unit you will forfeit your entire breakage deposit.
Maids services are Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends and public holidays. These are minor services.
For unforeseen circumstances such as burst geysers or thermostats, appliances that break during your stay, these will be replaced, we do however need a fair amount of time to replace these. Load shedding, water cuts, municipal repairs of water and electricity, sudden leaking from abnormal rains or flats above etc. are all beyond our control. We will always try our utmost to attend to these issues immediately within reason. However, we cannot be held liable.
This unit is strictly self-catering. While complementary maid services are provided during normal weekdays, weekend and public holiday services must be booked at an additional cost. Regardless, there is an expectation that this unit will be left in a reasonable state during and after your stay, or additional cleaning costs may be incurred. Toilet paper is provided on arrival. Linen and towels are not changed daily, but will be changed halfway through your stay, if your stay exceeds 7 nights.
