To respect our neighbors, loud music, excessive noise, and parties are not allowed.

Please note day visitors are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.

The breakage deposit will be used for missing or damaged items, cleaning if the property is left dirty, and extraordinary cleaning of furniture and linens.

Please wash and put away dirty dishes before leaving, as unwashed dishes will incur an extra fee.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to two well-behaved pets in our pet-friendly houses if arranged in advance.
Pets must be kept off all furniture, especially beds. They must remain on a leash outside the property as required by HOA and municipal rules, and may not be left alone in the house and should
not cause a disturbance to neighbours. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after them, including any pet hair. Please bring your own bowls and pet bedding. If these rules are not followed, the breakage deposit may be withheld, in full or in part, to cover additional cleaning or laundry costs.

Smoking of any kind—including vaping, cigarettes, and any other substances—is strictly prohibited inside the house. If any signs or odors of smoking are detected, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, minus any deductions, the person who made the booking is responsible for any excess costs if the deposit is insufficient.

Remember to pack the following items, towels (beach and bath), dishcloths, firewood, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, and additional black bags.

The Owner of the property and the Property Manager accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries, loss, damage, theft, or death to any person and/or their property or any items forgotten or left in the house.
