House Rules

A full set of house rules and guidelines will be provided upon booking confirmation. In the meantime, please note the following:

All guests are required to sign and return an indemnity form before arrival.

Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property.

If you would like the hot tub filled (not heated) before arrival, there will be an additional charge.

Maximum capacity of 10 guests, no camping allowed.
Please bring your drinking water.

Please bring your swimming towels.

Please ensure that you are familiar with the hot tub usage guidelines before using the hot tub.

No smoking allowed.

Fires are only allowed in dedicated fireplaces/braai areas, and fires to be fully extinguished before retiring at night.
Please be considerate of neighbours and other river users.

No boating without adhering to all national and local boating regulations. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with all regulations.

There is no slipway or launch site on the property.

Please note that this is a remote and rustic property. The last 50km is on a dirt road, the condition of which is variable. It is possible to access with a normal sedan-type car if driving slowly and cautiously. A high clearance vehicle is however, recommended.
