Breakage Deposit

House Rules

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking.

Tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors during their stay.

Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean including fresh linen is provided.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.

To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy. Reasonable daily consumption is permitted, and in the rare event of excessive usage, reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00. This is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival.

For arrivals after 00:00, a late check-in fee will apply.
