Description

Calm Waters Guesthouse is conveniently located in Plettenberg Bay, close to the beach and nature reserve. These bedrooms are located on the upper level of the owner’s residence and have a separate entrance.

The private bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A kitchenette, secure parking, and a separate entrance on the upper floor of an inviting home.

One nook in the room serves as a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There are also 2 comfortable chairs, offering the perfect space to read or play a board game.

There’s a shaded patio, equipped with a spacious dining table, charcoal braai, and comfortable seating to indulge in the panoramic view of the swimming pool and garden. The tranquil ambience, accompanied by the delightful birdlife, invites peace. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower await on one side of the pool area. This unit has solar panels to keep the lights on during power outages.

In addition to the front garden and a designated carport, guests can enjoy access to a balcony, which is shared among guests since there are three other units available on the upper floor. A small entrance gate provides a convenient pathway for a 900 m walk or cycle to one of the world's most spectacular beaches, spanning over 4 km, as well as an upmarket shopping centre with a chic coffee shop just 50m away.
