Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads leading to the estate. The communal swimming pool within the estate has no safety features, and the use of the pool, amenities, and facilities is strictly at guests’ own risk.

There are 2 staff members at the house, Linda the housekeeper, and the gardener. There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R80 each. This includes your day of arrival and departure, please ensure you have enough cash on you to pay them on your departure day..

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Pets are not permitted, and loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests are reminded that estate rules enforce a noise curfew at 22:30. Groups of guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult or parent for the duration of their stay.
