House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
The swimming pool is communal.
A general caretaker visits the premises from time to time.
Please note that there is some construction in Camps Bay, and noise may occasionally be heard.
One of the bedroom air-conditioning units is currently not working.
For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay clean is offered on request.
Additional cleaning or laundry services can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
