House Rules

Please note that a resident named Brusco lives in the bachelor flat located downstairs behind the parking area. He is responsible for maintaining the garden and caring for the fish and birds on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Please note that there is a set of stairs leading from the parking bays up to the main house.
No events may be held on the property.
A maximum of 6 additional day visitors is allowed. Strictly no loud noise or music.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
No loud noise is permitted during the week or after 20:00 on weekends.
Guests staying 8 nights or longer will receive one complimentary clean, including a linen and towel replacement.
While South Africa occasionally experiences loadshedding, the house is equipped to ensure that all lights, fridges, internet, and the TV remain on during power outages. Please note that the geyser and stove will not function during loadshedding, but there is an outdoor braai and a supply of hot water for basic use.
ID will be required prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and secure check-in process.
