Description

Overlooking the ocean, Cap d'Azur Woonstel is a spacious self-catering apartment with a sea view in Strand. It can accommodate maximum 6 guests.

During load shedding, there is a backup power system that powers the Wi-Fi, TV and a standing light. The system consists of an inverter and 720W battery.

Located on the sixth floor, the apartment is accessed by an elevator that works during loadshedding. It comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, and a bath. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, a dishwasher, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table.

Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with Netflix and DStv, unlimited Wi-Fi access, and the living area opens onto the balcony overlooking the ocean.

The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities, and laundry facilities. Secure parking is available, and the complex has 24-hour security. Parking for trailers is available.

Cap d'Azur is 50 m from the beach for surfing, fishing, swimming, sunset cruises, and whale watching in season. The area offers hiking, walking and cycling routes, and Strand offers various restaurants, cafés, as well as attractions such as the golf course, Strand Waterworld, a putt-putt course, and guests can explore the Helderberg Wine Route.
