Strictly no smoking. There is a smoking deck below. If we get an alarm that you are smoking inside the apartment you will be asked to leave immediately.

Guests have access to off-street parking for 1 vehicle; second and third parking bays can sometimes be arranged in advance over quieter periods. Speak to the owner about additional special secure off-road parking over busy festive seasons within easy walking distance.

Guests can log in to their own Netflix and YouTube accounts.

Carbon Fibre Wi-Fi (50Mbps/month unlimited).

Please be honest about your breakages and offer money to replace broken items when you have been careless.
