Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Enjoy and treat the house and neighbourhood with respect.
House and Linen cleaning services will be performed every 7th day for weekly, monthly and longer stays.
Towels will be changed every 4th day of your stay.
Only booked guests (number of adults and children specified - max 8 in total) are permitted to stay on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking, Hookah, bubbly, or vaping is allowed inside the house.
Firewood, charcoal, and firelighters are not provided.
Nothing may be removed from the property or the accommodation, including towels, soap, room bottles, etc.
No additional visitors are allowed unless special arrangements have been made with the property owners/hosts.
No loud events or group parties are allowed with people outside your group visiting.
No loud music allowed.
Between 23:00 and 08:00 from Monday to Sunday, guests must consider the neighbours by keeping the noise levels down.
Children are not permitted around the pool without adult supervision. Although the pool is fenced off, it does not have a safety net. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
Please note that the pool will be closed after dark and access will be restricted during the evening.
Access to the property and the use of all facilities are at your own risk.
Neither the property owner, their employees, nor any temporary workers in their service will be responsible for any damage, loss,/or injury incurred as a result of entering the property. By proceeding with the booking, you and your guests hereby indemnify the property owner, all employees in their service, and/or temporary workers from any liability for loss or damage of any kind
