Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guest are to take note that there is no smoking allowed in the house.
Any damages that is incurred during a guests stay will be deducted from their breakage deposit.
Guests are to avoid making excessive noise and are not to disturb the neighbours.
Loud music, parties, and excessive drinking is not permitted.
No music is permitted after 22:00.
No day visitors are allowed on the property.
Keys are to be handed in on departure, if any keys are lost the cost to replace the keys and the lock will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
The property also has an inverter that runs everything in the house except for the geyser, stove and swimming pool pump during power outages.
